MARK MCGAURN
CEO of HaydenRock Financial
Mark McGaurn, a Collingswood, NJ native, grew up immersed in sports and academics. As a standout student-athlete, he captained both the wrestling and football teams at Collingswood High School and graduated with honors. Mark earned his Bachelor of Sciences Degree from Cornell University's College of Human Ecology.

Following a tenure at JP Morgan Chase's Cash Management Division, Mark transitioned to the Baypark Financial Group. Starting as assistant office manager, he swiftly obtained licenses and established his practice. Mark, a registered investment adviser representative with licenses in NJ, PA, and DE, focuses on developing tax-preferenced financial strategies and navigating the nuances of annuities. Committed to serving South Jersey, Mark emphasizes protection products like Life, disability, and Long-term care insurance to help safeguard his clients' financial interests.


GIA BELLO
Executive Assistant
Gia Bello serves as the dedicated Executive Assistant at HaydenRock Financial, leveraging her extensive background in the financial services industry to provide unparalleled support. A graduate of Rowan University, Gia has refined her skills over a span of 7 years, specializing in executive assistance and fostering robust client relationships.

JEFF EISENHAUER

A veteran of the broker-dealer business, Jeff Eisenhauer has been working in the financial services industry for more than 20 years in roles ranging from trading and operations to portfolio management, options, securities, asset management and retirement planning.

With his career spanning many subsets of the industry, Jeff has created and operated a broker-dealer firm from its inception. This has given him an unparalleled perspective on the business and an unrivaled aptitude for running broker-dealers in a client-centric way.

With nearly a decade in the financial industry, Joel prides himself on helping to provide clear and concise solutions to registered reps and investment advisor reps so they may make informed decisions. Mark is an industry veteran. He and his team ensure the brokerage home office runs smoothly, by putting investment and operational plans into action. His team manages the day-to-day processing and administration of new and existing business.
LANELLE SOUTHARD

Having been active in the securities industry for almost 20 years, LaNelle has a thorough understanding of the financial industry. Her wirehouse and brokerage experience, as well as her in-depth knowledge of FINRA and SEC regulations makes her an invaluable knowledge base for problem solving and resolution.

LaNelle is determined to form strong, trusting relationships with her advisors so she can better understand potential issues they may face and discern how to best address them. As a Retirement Income Certified Professional, Linda possesses great organizational skills and ability to maximize efficiencies. She’s resourceful, educated, smart and customer-service oriented, giving her the ability to help advisors serve their clients better while protecting advisors’ interests at the same time.

Drew specializes in both variable and registered index-linked annuities (RILAs) and knows this product segment inside and out. His sole focus is to help reps grow into this frontier space and provide a wider range of client solutions. Carson’s an industry veteran. He’s a dedicated resource in the buffered annuity space, helps reps with sales ideas, and product information. His goal is to provide value to his rep’s business by helping identify growth opportunities, strategies and aid in implementing ideas. JORDAN ALBALA

After graduating from the University of Michigan in 2009 with a degree in Architecture, Jordan joined the team representing the third generation of disability income specialists. His expertise in business products has helped many agents through financial underwriting. Jordan prides himself on teaching agents how to maximize their sales through multilife & guaranteed issue concepts and has been an asset to many new and experienced insurance professionals. Jordan resides in midtown, Manhattan. In his free time Jordan enjoys working out, and is an avid Yankees fan.
